What is Drop Ship facility?
Drop ship is a facility where customers can return their products to Shopbuycart without paying any processing fee or courier charges.
Customers just need to visit our Drop ship centers with the product to be returned along with a Returns E-form and deposit the product at our Drop ship centers, so that the product reaches us safely. Refunds will be initiated post inspection once the shipment reaches our facility.
Can I Drop ship my returns at certain locations for Shopbuycart?
Shopbuycart has launched the Returns Drop Ship facility for certain locations. Customers from these locations who would like to return their products can visit the centers and send their returns to Shopbuycart.
Do I need to pay a fee for using this service?
No. This service is completely free of charge.
